Surprisingly good

I bought this to help aid in sleep and decrease my cortisol later in the day. I was sceptical because I couldn’t quite picture liking lavender in tea. Surprisingly, I love it!!! Nothing added, just steeped and as is. And it works for an evening tea, and I’ve found sleep quality increase as well. Highly recommend.
