Lake and Oak Teas

The good news: We love the various teas we ordered. The bad news: I tried your live chat feature with questions 4 times but never got a response. My last request was why didn't I get free shipping when my order was over $70. Again, no response. Love the tea but probably won't order again due to lack of customer service. Thanks.
