I love this I tea. It has a light floral taste. I boil water and let about 1.5 tsp steep for 5 minutes, then drink it black. This tea makes me feel warm and calm. A perfect afternoon tea during a stressful meeting or a before bedtime tea.

Best damn tea I ever tasted

I have been told a time or two "Will you just chill the ******* out"? - This stuff will help ! Sometimes I drink it in morning to start my day, sometimes I drink it at night to help me sleep. The aroma from the tea is "very chill ". If I owned my own brick & mortar store, this would be in my top 5 products to order & buy.
