Hey friends!
Introducing a new fun monthly feature "What I'm Loving" AKA an opportunity to connect with you and share some of my latest must-haves.
Nothing is sponsored or affiliated - just sharing some of my faves
XO - Meredith
1) VEGGIEKINS
Matcha inspo? CHECK Dreamy pastel grid? CHECK
Kind + inspiring creator? CHECK CHECK
I've been following Remy Morimoto Park for years now and she's truly an IG gem. She's the real deal: bringing inspiring recipes, great conversations and daily inspiration for well being. Highly recommend checking her out here.
2) ACID LEAGUE
This Ontario start-up has impressed everyone from Forbes to Goop in it's very short existence. For good reason!
Their vinegars, salad dressings and wine-alternatives are the first of their kind, "We create living vinegars with both bold flavors and good gut health benefits. Vinegars that are raw, unfiltered, and always fermented with premium fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices."
Good health aside, they are incredibly delicious and I stock my pantry with the Meyer Lemon Honey Living Vinegar, Apple Cider Maple Living Vinegar, and now their new line of vinaigrettes. Available online and in stores in North America. Check them out!
3) CALYX WELLNESS
New to CBD? Whether it's your first drop or it's a already part of your ritual, this Canadian brand has an extensive range of high quality CBD products designed with your wellness in mind. From lotions, sprays, tinctures and bath bombs - it's a CBD haven in there!
I fell in love with the products after experimenting with many other brands without success. Heal CBD by Calyx was the first CBD that didn't give me any side effects (grogginess, stomach aches, etc) and it works wonderfully! I love it in my Sun Mylk latte in the evening. Hello chill!
Pssst - We will be launching Calyx on Lake & Oak this Spring 2021 so you can shop CBD and your wellness blends in one place.
4) EVERYTHING IS FIGUREOUTABLE
If you are curious about the personal development world and looking for a good place to start - Marie Forleo is your girl!
Not only is she warm, intelligent and inspiring, she has THE answer for everything from burnout to healthy relationships to imposter syndrome.
I've been following her podcast and reading her blog for years, but finally got around to reading Everything Is Figureoutable. A must-read if you're trying to do (literally anything) and looking for inspiration to light the spark and stay motivated. It's a super easy yet effective read that I know I will turn to for advice again and again.
5) Rug & Weave
Outfitting your home has become a bit of an...adventure during the pandemic. Extended lead times, closed stores, delivery fees, oh my!
I stumbled across Rug & Weave this past fall over IG and stopped in to visit their storefront in Guelph, Ontario. Since then, it has become a favourite for everything from gorgeous rugs to self-care items and ceramics! Their team is so incredibly helpful and knowledgable, give them a visit next time you're in Guelph or shop online anytime.
