Gut-Loving Detox Lemonade

Apple cider vinegar is a fun swap-in for lemons in this lemonade recipe (if you can handle the tang) that we love using for it's added skin and detox benefits. If you're not a fan of ACV's edge, lemons will work wonderfully as well. 

Gut Loving Detox Lemonade - serves 1

  • 1 tbsp Gut Love tea
  • 2 tsp raw organic apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated finely or chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Combine Gut Love tea and fresh ginger in 1 cup of boiling water.

Steep for 5+ minutes. Strain to remove tea leaves and ginger. Stir in maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Top with plenty of ice. Enjoy!
