BOOST IT UP

Did you know green tea contains much less caffeine than coffee, while still providing a hit of smooth energy and alertness?

Green tea also contains the compound L-Theanine, which has been show to increase levels of focus and attention, while promoting calmness and reducing anxiety (amazing, right?)

PLAY IT COOL

For the best flavour, steep green tea at around 80ºC (not boiling)

No thermometer? Simply boil water and let it cool for 5-6 min before steeping the tea. 

 

SHORT & SWEET

For a lighter, fruiter flavour, try steeping green tea for just 2-3 minutes.

Steep longer for a bolder, full-bodied flavour (our go-to).

Don't throw out those leave yet - your can re-steep the leaves for another cup!
