This bright and juicy tea has been a favourite of L&O lovers since our launch 3 years ago. We served it up with wedges of lime and fresh raspberries at our first ever pop-up market in Toronto. Rose hips, hibiscus and schisandra berry are super high in vitamin C, making it a great summer hydrator and skin protector.
Iced Rose Hibiscus Tea Refresher - Serves 1
Steep 2 tsp Rose Schisandra Glow Tea in 1 cup boiling water for at least 5 min.
Stir in 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey, a generous squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt (optional)
Top with plenty of ice & bliss out.
