This smoothie features Sun Mylk, our turmeric-infused adaptogenic latte blend. Great for unwinding, boosting your glow, and easing stress. ⁠

Sun Mylk Smoothie Recipe
Serves 1⁠

1 ¼ cup water or coconut water⁠
½ cup frozen diced mango ⁠
1 frozen sliced banana⁠
1 tsp Lake & Oak Sun Mylk powder⁠
1 tbsp hemp seeds⁠
Juice from half a lime⁠

In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend for 45-60 seconds, until creamy and smooth. Sip and bliss out! ⁠

It's energizing, anti-inflammatory, hydrating, and full of healthy fats!⁠

Mega Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy the energizing benefits + bright green hue of Mega Matcha in this fruit-flavoured smoothie bowl. It'll give you all the tropical feels, with the added bonus of some sneaky greens. 

Mega Matcha Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Serves 1⁠

1 ½ cups coconut water or water⁠
1 teaspoon Mega Matcha⁠
½ cup frozen mango⁠
½ cup frozen pineapple⁠
1 frozen banana⁠
1 heaping cup baby kale or spinach⁠
1 handful romaine lettuce⁠
1 tablespoon hemp seeds⁠
A squeeze of lime juice (optional)⁠

In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend until completely smooth, adding more water if needed. ⁠

Top with sliced kiwi and apple, granola, and coconut chips. ⁠
