Bulletproof Golde Tea Latte Recipe
- 2 tsp of golde tea, brewed for at least 10 minutes
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 tbsp ghee, coconut oil or grass-fed butter
- 1 tbsp plant-based milk
- Pinch of cinnamon and black pepper.
Combine the golde tea and boiling water and set aside to steep. Strain the tea, reserving the tea leaves for a later use (!)
In a blender, add the strained tea, ghee, milk, cinnamon and black pepper. Blend for 20 seconds, until frothy.
Enjoy hot immediately, or serve over ice!
