- 1.5 cups prepared cold brew Rose Schisandra Glow* (Snag the recipe)
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch pink Himalayan salt
- cucumbers to top (optional)
In a jar or shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake to dissolve collagen and maple syrup. Pour over a glass filled with ice. Top with cucumber or fresh mint if desired. Serves 1.
*If you don't have time to cold brew, just make an extra-strength cup of Rose Schisandra Glow tea and add extra ice to cool down.
