This icy Adaptogenic Matcha Lemonade hydrates + energizes naturally in one refreshing sip! With a spicy kick from ginger, and a hint of sweetness from maple syrup, a touch of pink Himalayan salt balances electrolytes in the summer heat!
- 1 tsp Lake & Oak Tea Co. Mega Matcha
- 1 1/4 cup cold water
- Juice from ½ Lemon (around 2 tbsp.)
- ½ tsp Organic Ginger Puree (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt salt
- Ice for serving
In your drinking vessel of choice, add Mega Matcha and a splash of water. Whisk to make a runny paste. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, water, ginger and salt. Whisk or shake well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as you like. Serve over ice!
