Mega Matcha Lemonade

This icy Adaptogenic Matcha Lemonade hydrates +  energizes naturally in one refreshing sip! With a spicy kick from ginger, and a hint of sweetness from maple syrup, a touch of pink Himalayan salt balances electrolytes in the summer heat!


  • 1 tsp Lake & Oak Tea Co. Mega Matcha
  • 1 1/4 cup cold water
  • Juice from ½ Lemon (around 2 tbsp.)
  • ½ tsp Organic Ginger Puree (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup 
  • Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt salt
  • Ice for serving

    In your drinking vessel of choice, add Mega Matcha and a splash of water. Whisk to make a runny paste. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, water, ginger and salt. Whisk or shake well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as you like. Serve over ice!
