Energizing Matcha Mango Smoothie

When juicy mango and banana join forces with adaptogenic Mega Matcha, what do you get? An ultra-hydrating and energizing smoothie that will wake up your hot and tired summer body. Drink up, cool down, and get going.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup ripe mango, frozen
  • 1 tsp Lake & Oak Mega Matcha
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 tsp bee pollen (optional, to top)

Method:

In a high-speed blender, add water, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until creamy. Sprinkle with bee pollen (optional)

Note: If your ingredients aren't frozen, just add a bit more ice to compensate.
