- 1 banana, frozen
- 3/4 cup ripe mango, frozen
- 1 tsp Lake & Oak Mega Matcha
- 1/4 cup baby spinach or kale
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 2 tsp bee pollen (optional, to top)
In a high-speed blender, add water, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until creamy. Sprinkle with bee pollen (optional)
Note: If your ingredients aren't frozen, just add a bit more ice to compensate.
