Frozen Golden Mylk Frappucino

There are times for a cozy cup of golden mylk, and there are times for a Frozen Golden Mylk Frappucino. Late July is definitely one of those times! Forget the fancy cafes for a minute though, make this at home in less than 5 minutes and with 3 ingredients! Its creamy, frosty, and super fun to eat (and ridiculously good for you too!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Sun Mylk 
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened milk (almond, coconut, oat)
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 heaping cup ice* 

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, just until ice is just crushed but not overly liquid. Enjoy immediately.
